New Zealand student loans remain interest free

New Zealand students contemplating a student loan can rest easier after National party leader John Key said they will be keeping student loans interest free.

Key said the about turn on student loans was a direct result of the election saying that it was unfair to take it away from some students while it was being utilized by half a million others.
